Who do you use?

The Kings Favourite (or so we’ve heard) Royal Mail

How fast can I get it and what’s it gonna cost me?

There’s 3 options for this, Standard, Express & Free!

Standard is 3-5 working days and will cost you £5.00

Express is Next Day and will cost you £7.00

Spend 60 Quid and we’ll get your precious cargo to you via the express route, on us!

Once you’ve picked your faves and paid your pennies, Biltong HQ will pick & pack your order and get it out the door ASAP! (Orders placed on Weekends & Public Holidays will be sorted the next working day)

Please remember: Although we’re pretty nifty, we’re not Amazon and ordering some snacks at 2am and expecting them at your door by lunchtime just won’t happen.

Can I click & Collect?

Yes! If your local to us, or just fancy a trip out to see what we’re about, then our doors are open Tuesday & Wednesday 08:00 till 14:00 (Check out our snazzy viewing window into production, it’s like looking into Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory…Only Beefier)

What if I don’t live in the UK?

It’s recently got harder to export but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible, we tend to deal with these enquiries on a case by case basis, so send us a message or give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs

Where’s my order?

Sometimes in life things go wrong and your order goes walkies, or gets smashed up by rogue postal machinery – if your parcel hasn’t reached you, then give us a shout and we’ll do all that we can to locate it, as quick as we can! In the rare event that it does disappear off the face of the earth we’ll get it replaced for you quick time!

My parcel has been returned to Biltong HQ?

If your parcel ends up back with us, it usually means the address you provided wasn’t quite right and the postie couldn’t find you or you’ve left your little parcel abandoned at the local sorting office for too long because you weren’t in when the delivery was attempted – if either of these happen, we can certainly ship it back out but it might need some tweaks and it will also require you to cover the additional postage fee’s incurred.

Returns Info:

Returns are tricky with consumable items, and we usually can’t accept them because of all the rules and regulations surrounding food, but if something has gone horribly wrong then rest assured we’ll do our best to get it sorted!
